• You give us: name, email, and phone when you list a vehicle, request a booking, or download a guide; listing details and photos; messages between Owners and Renters.
• Automatically: basic device and usage data to operate and secure the site.

2. How we use it

• To connect Renters with Owners and facilitate bookings, payments, and payouts.
• To verify users and reduce fraud.
• To send service messages and, if you opt in, the guides and updates you requested.

3. What we share — and what we don't

We share only what's needed to complete a rental. When a Renter requests a booking, the Owner receives the details needed to confirm and coordinate the trip. Owner contact details (email and phone) are never exposed in our public listings or public API — they are only shared with a confirmed counterparty or our admin team. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, email, and payment processing (through TravelDRD's payment partner). They process data only to provide their service to us.

5. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email.
• Request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through TravelDRD.

6. Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.

7. Children

LendRV is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
